1600 or so, anything past that feels like I'm pushing the pedal way too hard.
Worth noting, I've used 1400 w both the 6 piston stuff as well as the 4 piston stuff. As far as sitting still goes both feel the same.
So for those that "know" my background motive, here's some more insight.
Try and determine what is the maximum pressure that can be generated by a human in the brake system (which translates to a caliper crush force), either by documentation, or experimentation, and you'll get wildly different answers, and opinions.
The "lowest-maximum" pressure that I could determine from documentation was 3000psi, however I haven't been able to find or see this in the real world.
We've been using 3000psi as our baseline for design, but damn if I can find an example of it.
