We hope it will sell quickly, but you never know in real estate. Half acre lots in here sell for $500K.

Ours is unique because of the privacy the lot size, garage, and the house is a custom and not a spec.

Great home, super location and beautiful grounds. The only thing missing is a 50 X 100 building around back.

that's for the next owners to decide. I never finished the garage with lift(s).

We bought a summer home on a small lake just north of Pittsburg..( to be closer to my son and grandkids...)...it was built in the 40's...my plan is to tear it down and build new...I have never dealt with a HOA before...they are makin me jump through more hoops than a cocker spaniel...my son is handling most of the red tape issues...( he knows my lack of tolerance for being told what I can ..and cant do)...2 sets of plans have already been rejected by the ASSociation:mad::mad::mad:

a cigarette butt or two with the dna of the hoa dink(s) causing the problem, strategically placed in the vicinity of the ignition site, might solve two problems at once..:whistle::whistle::whistle:

Exactly why I refuse to look at any property where there's an HOA.

Developer run HOA's are the worst in many cases ! They want everything locked down till build out, then don't give a shit what happens.

Karenville. So many HOA's have people with 0 experience and it's an ego trip.
Exactly the problem, you end up with a small % of Karen's calling the shots for the 97% who are apathetic about the HOA until they personally get nailed for some obscure 'violation'. In general, it's not the ppl who could comfortably afford the homes & just want to live in peace & have things 'reasonably' nice, it's the bottom feeders who were b-a-r-e-l-y able to sleaze into the 'hood & are over their heads.
