Confused...Is this being sold through a dealership or is it a VON/paperwork "flip" by the person who put in the order and is now waiting for build/delivery of the car?

If the latter, it looks like 2017 again when Demons were being built...

No dealership just a guy trying to flip his SS because he wants to keep the jailbreak.
