Supercharger was full of oil, probably from before I got the catch can and from the passenger side

Sometimes that can be hard to achieve. My 87 mustang had nothing going from the engine into the intake and it always had oil in it. Had to be coming from the rings

I would agree. But, the bottom of the intercooler bricks are clean, and the tops are coated in oil and grime. So I’m thinking it’s coming from the top. Could definitely be coming from the rings. The FI spacers are doing a great job sealing the oil fill ports - and I have seen that oil did actually make it to the top of those fill ports in the heads, because there’s oil on the bottom of the gaskets in the middle of the o rings. So pressuring crank case for sure
