I have a 2.85 pulley a tune and Demon injectors on my 2015 Hellcat. As soon as my 2019 Redeye is broke in I’ll let you know. Right now my 2015 feels stronger.
How would a hellcat with a 2.85 and a good tune on 93 compare to a redeye say from a 45mph roll? I'm not talking from a dig because that is more driver skill.
I said I would let you know after this weekend, I did go a little quicker than both Markp an 1redeye on sunday so to answer, I`m sure a 2.85 well tuned cat should be quicker than a stock redeye. there was another redeye there that ran a 10.20 but was told not stock. I wish I could 60 foot as well as Markp .

I found out the other RE had an upper and lower and on meth. He should have been giving hpindy a hard time. Hell I was lined up behind him once and he ran slower on that pass than I did. LOL
I agree a 2.85 pullied cat would pull a RE. A former member from the other place I used to run with ran a 10.17 in his Charger on pump gas. That was before we knew about trans tuning and not in anywhere near the da we had yesterday.

If you guys lined up with the right stock redeye, I bet you would have a different opinion. lol I've outrun multiple 2.85 cars at the track with a stock redeye.

From a roll who knows how would you ever really know who hit the gas first? In a real drag race with the exact same driver probably the 2.85 but not by much. This past weekend I ran lots of 10.4s with a best of 10.399@132.98mph. 100% stock with just 17" drakstars and 305 ETRs. Now add some skinnies maybe it would have been 10.299 or better. I weigh 300lbs so lets say average driver is 200 there is another 100lbs off of the car. 10.25. I am by no means a spectacular driver. The 2.85 car should win the race but that is not how it always goes in the real world. Remember Demons run 9.65.
Lol, I was driving by 2.85 cars and gapping them when I was on the stock tune. If you like, I can load the stock tune back in and we can run... unless you think you can run with a stock pullied redeye on a tune...lol

I never ran in air this good with the stock tune. I have seen a few other guys go 10.3s at the track in stock tune redeyes recently. Had I kept running the stock tune, there is little doubt that the car would go 10.0-10.1s.
