If you pair your phone, via BT, it still works.

All Stellantis vehicles would have this.

It's a privacy issue.

If they can ping your car, they can transceive data.

It's also not a 3g issue. It is a cellcom issue.

This dongle blocks incoming and OUTGOING data... which is streaming, all the time.

Initially, my intent was to block OTA updates. Since installing it, it has become apparent that their data collection game is strong.

Not on my car...

One consideration is that data is very lucrative.

Have a discount/rewards card, at a retail store? They collect your purchase data and sell it, over and over.

You get a relatively minuscule kick back, for your data.

They all use the same connector, for the cell antenna, 15 on up.

I can make you 3 dongles, then I'm out of stock.

If there's more interest, I'll re-supply.

Installation is easy.

Remove dash bezel.

Remove screen.

Remove radio module.

Unplug purple connector.

Plug in dongle.

Easy peasy.

No signal bleed.

I guess the radio finally gave up. LOL

Prolly be 2 weeks, before any arrive. Had to go offshore, to make it worthwhile.
