I finally broke down and had the RF Lockout put on mine. I feel really bad for you.

This could of happened to any of us. I had an igla alarm installed recently. Wake up call for sure. Feel awful for you @Speedy!. Fingers crossed on the Demon 170. Will be disappointed if Dodge doesn't come through for you. Dodge wasting all this money on folks who aren't loyal or knowledgeable IMHO...Idiots.

So what do these really weigh?

Okay, here are some numbers for you, as listed on the registrations/titles.

GT AWD: 4,088, with the optional spare tire.
'Cat: 4.353, with the dumb stereo where the spare should be.
Redeye: 4.357, w/o anything extra in the trunk.

All three are very similarly optioned, except as noted above, down to the color. If you're at 4,600 lbs. you must carry a lot more ammo than I do.

Took the M6 through the 1.5mi at Loring. 1mi was .5 off my best. Wind was calm, humid, some drizzle. After the 2nd run we were rained out. Forecast for Thurs is great, except for the 15mph headwind. Won't see any records then

I had someone tell me once that one of my speeds didn't count because I had a tailwind...


Does that mean that speeds with a headwind don't count either?


How many times has anybody run with ZERO wind...?

Friday morning it was cool and calm and first run I made a personal best with the M6 in the 1mi at 174, then 185.6 in the 1.5mi. The wind and temps increased and everything got slower after that. I am pleased with the numbers but I always hope for more!

I'll be posting photos and info on the Loring thread when I have time, hopefully this weekend. Lots of cool cars and stories for those that may be interested. I will notify when I make the posts.
