Well testing continues. I’ve made a good amount of 8.7 passes on the SDG ported 2.7. Unfortunately our da hasn’t been there this fall was hoping to dig into the 8.6s. But next week is end of season for us and it’ll be 75 out…
I did menscer suspension and it is proving to work

With or without you in it? Sorry if that's a dumb question but i've noticed a trend where people state the weight with them in it.
Hey not a dumb question. I always talk race weight with me in it. That way comparing weight to weight it gives a better baseline.
Big thing. Removed passenger and back seat. 15 in conversion. But exhaust is still on. I typically weigh around 180 ish.

I always say "race weight" because that is the weight going down the track. You can have 130 lb driver or a 300 lb driver so hard to gage a weight if they say just what the car weighs

LOL is that before or after the Golden Corral?

Seriously though, that's really gettin' it!!! Good work and way to represent :)

I saw your videos on facebook and your car looks awesome going down the track, that car has always been very fast! The '19 regular body redeyes... @DRAGRCR only had his for a bit but it did a couple of very quick 1/8 miles for him if I remember correctly. Mine is definitely a step quicker than anyone else's around here. At 44k miles I just laid down some of my lowest 60 foots and 1/8 miles times the car has ever run and that was at 8k DA! I'm about a year out from purchasing a modification package from you. Keep up the great work @Jon-MooredPerformanceLLC

Interesting I always mention race weight as car only. That's how race rules for min weight are determined in my experience.

Race weight should definitely include the driver. It's the weight the car will be going down the strip.

Two weights to consider. Race weight is always with the driver. A class that has a weight minimum will weigh the car on the return after the race. The driver stays in the car. If you are too light… you loose. An example is the heavyweight classes that require a minimum of 4200 lbs. That way a heavy driver is not at a disadvantage racing a lightweight. The other weight is legal chassis weight. If you check the NHRA Cert tag on a roll cage, it will have a max weight limit. To pass tech, the car has to weigh less then the cert weight limit on that tag. That will be the weight of the car without driver.

In order to go 156 in the quarter at 4300 pounds would you not need around 1300 rwhp??? That blower must be incredibly powerful. Not doubting the numbers.
