I dont think dodge can compete with M tbh.

They have too much money over there in Germany, add the fact that people will pay big money for a bmw but won't for a dodge and you have a recipe for a failure.

Dodges real claim to fame was 700hp at around 70k. The original hellcat was so popular because of how reasonably priced it was.

Also that s58 motor is built different.

Stock block is good for an additional 200-300 hp over stock.

Some of those built motor s58s are doing 60-130 in the 3 seconds. All it takes to build em is drop in rods, head studs and a built trans.

60-130 in the 3 second range is 1300whp gtr/ twin turbo huracan & r8 fast.

The new m3/m4 is basically the new gtr, these things are gonna be king of the track as they get more affordable.

These xdrive cars have been out since 2022 and are already in the 7s. Crazy progress in a few years.

agree but this is the engine dodge is pushing for their high performance ice engine for now. they look pretty close but the beemer pulls away up top. BMW definitely under rates their numbers

Well the deal is in order for them to give a favorable polling they would have to admit to themselves that they were wrong. In today’s world no one takes accountability.

Another problem is people still listen to legacy media. Trump has found 80,000 of the 300,000 missing children in 5 days and it hasn’t been on legacy media at all that I know of.

The Donald is AMAZING..(I've never cared for his personality)....even that has kinda lost it's edge..he seems while being incredibly driven..he's developed a sense of humility...We as Americans are very fortunate he's our President

Yes it would, but even though whipple stands behind their product warranty they would need to sort the 3.0 reliability. Not that the Blown 426 engine has a chance of seeing the inside of that Frunk/hood. But I imagine the front fascia electric theme would go away if ICE replaced it. Who knows now with “Drill baby Drill“ gaining momentum😁

Case in point just look at the dramatic appearance between Dodges 69 Charger and Coronet Superbee. Both are B body and both front ends bolt directly on to either car.
If they want to sell Electric and Ice version to satisfy both ice and electric folk to make it possible for both to be happy NP.
I also think they could do amazing things by pressing different panels on the side of car, as Razazoo pointed out with 68-70 Charger doors. The hardest part would be getting even a small touch of that classic flying buttress from the roof down to dutchman panel. It‘s not conducive to low drag, but looks spectacular. If they did as good of job on the Charger redesign as they did with 2008 Challenger restyle it would sell like hot cakes.
