Step two in the winter process. Polished the car today. It did not have many swirls or anything, so I used Griots Complete Polish and a black finish pad with their random orbital. Looks great, wax is next. Couple of hours before party time for the game. Go Chiefs!

Washed and waxed car and truck.
Was moving car back into carport, and noticed pollen already collecting on the hood.

If you care to, and you took enough pictures, you should do a dedicated thread on the installation of this. It might be a good thread to put in the WIKI.
Took LOTS of pictures along the way, planning on putting some thing together so the the many can reap the pains of the one lol.
Here’s a picture of the most challenging fit, the drag valve spliced into the suction so one cut of the hose ended up on the money to T into the compressor inlet. A 45 on the fire wall side here probably make it a bit easier. I’ll be relaying to Kincaid as well so he can customize the Hellcat kit.

I’ll be Dyno-ing as well as soon as the roads are good enough for the trip. I dyno at About every upgrade I make to see if mfg’s claim are realistic or not. Best dyno just a few months back 823 wheel, I’d be happy getting to 850 from the KC. We shall see some day soon.

Nice solution on insulating the intercooler coolant piping... you've spent a lot of time on insulation. Looking forward to the results.

It’s all insulated, every inch of pipe/hose and device, even the pump, has intercooler radiator bypass as well. This is the Larger drag KC unit with a a 1 gallon hopper tank as well so I’m expecting a measurable result!!

Going dedicated race car? or you just taking the exhaust and cats off temporarily(and sway bar, seats etc.) for weight and backpressure reduction for experiment to see what happens.

Is it that much easier? When my car is all done I’m headed straight for the track for some seat time and practice. I thought of just doing a burnout the old school way. I have the A8. So what are most of you guys doing?

I love the linelock in my car, however, if you mess up any step of the sequence you have to start over. I found it helpful to practice the mechanics of the process in my driveway before actually going to the track. And even then....I flubbed it a few times by lifting pressure on the "ok" button prematurely. I'm used to using the linelock in my drag car which is right on top of the shifter knob. But all in all...the one in the Challenger is ok. Much better than tearing up brakes just to spin the back wheels.

I ordered the buttons to take place of the "blank buttons" on the lower right of the steering wheel. These can be programmed to run the Burnbox/Tazer as required. Speedy has a good video showing the process.

I use the buttons as well, but I need my right hand to shift so going to try and remap line lock to a button on left side of steering wheel as I’m a left hand driver, one hand on the wheel the other on the stick, no 10 and 2 for me lol

Yeah, when it gets bad up here, I stay inside with the a/c on as much as possible. We have all the different types of trees up here so it seems like somehting is blooming for months....if it's not trees, it's the grasses.....terrible when it all overlaps.
well...hang tight down there and maybe the pollen will be less inside DD's :)
