I would say if you Tastefully built the JB and held the bag for 24 months, it may have good equity!
Honestly though the jailbreak is overpriced to begin with from fca, couple that with the fact that it's only cosmetically different than a redeye and I don't see the allure.
I'm sitting on 10k worth of equity on my charger hellcat and it has been in my possession for no more than 5 days. Why should I wait 24 months when I have instant equity in 5 days.
5% below invoice on a hc/redeye is a better deal than a jailbreak at msrp in my opinion.
If fca had treated the jb like they did the hc/re and offered it as open ordering as opposed to allocation and had given it a realistic money factor then I would have definitely ordered the jailbreak but they did this funky stuff and the value proposition just wasn't worth it imo.
I'll take an m5 comp over a jailbreak any day of the week, at least my 100k car doesn't have an interior that a 2015 v6 rental car has.
