I am planning on going with that exact set up this spring. My main concern with going used is lack of warranty. I'm not asking u to cover that lol. I was just saying.
My son went with a litens 2.72 and 10% lower this summer. After about 300 miles the 2.72 came apart. Litens gave him a new one. The 1st question they asked was did he use an impact to install the pulley? So I was wondering if u installed the 285 with an impact?
I used it to remove it but I used a torque wrench when I originally installed it I also used a regular belt not a green belt I heard the green belts were hard on them
400 for the pulley and 200 for the injectors + shipping and I’ll throw in the Bando belt that came with the pulley it’s still in great condition
Oh and you will need to buy a dust cover for the pulley
I think that's what happen to my son's pulley
The retaining ring popped off and the dust cover came off and slung grease all over and got on the belt, which made it slip
Got everything new?
All in perfect condition?
O rings on injectors perfect?
If yes to all I'll take
Pulley, injectors, belt for $580 to cover the cost of dust cover
