Practical question...

It's almost April. Tim has said it 1000x that production WILL end on 12/31/23. So how do they build and ship thousands of these cars (with crates and other upfitter complications) in 9 months?

I have serious doubts. It's just so damn late in the game!

I know dealers who are msrp only and would go to them asap if this happens.

This is what will sell, let people actually get it.

Dodge dealers are not hurting. They make their money on Rams and Jeeps. Stop rewarding their greed. They know which ones are screwing their business.
2-3k Jailbreaks for 22 and they only sold 1k. They can't be that stupid at Dodge.

Guys, we here are all enthusiasts and know the product line. The majority of buyers for these 100K+ cars are on these forums. How many 150k+ADM cars do you really think they can sell? Some new Demons remain unsold by the really greedy dealers. I'm not sure they can sell 3000 cars even if they are 1000HP. Just my opinion.

Only reason the Demons remain unsold is because of greed.

They could make 10K+ of these and sell every single one of them. People know that this is again the end of the muscle car era, at least temporarily.

Some good points. If the dealers that marked up a demon say to 150 I see it not being sold. Now it would but they probably want 250 for it now. There were 7500 people that put in an application for the Ford GT. I think being the last car they could sell a lot of them

A ways back I called a dealer that I bought a RE from. They knew me and was aware I trailered to them from New England to Michigan to buy a very early built 2019 RE after missing out on the Demon. I stated my intentions of traveling again for #7 and would entertain a 3/4 ton loaded Cummins also, Shipped or brought back two up on large goose neck in tow with me when they arrive at dealer. They said get in line that’s 5 deep and it’s 100k over sticker for #7 is current offer, and willing to allow me to cut in line if I played my poker hand by seeing and raising other top poker hand that was current offer. Nice going! Didn’t want to hear about second vehicle deal, and total of 3 from them wasn’t enough. Have a great day guy, thank you said me! Personally I think they deserve a “Black Eye” for greed of Yellow Eye” but I won’t do dealer name and lower to their level, pick your choice of all dealers in MI.

So this dealer already has five people that beat you to the punch and have submitted offers significantly higher than you were willing to go so you write a manifesto because you weren't magically moved to the head of the line? If I was the dealer you'd have have to be double my highest offer just to put up with your nonsense.

Now you comprendo. But for how long are these V8s gonna be around? The only difference I see is that Ford and Chevy are doing a rapid conversion in comparison to Dodge's abrupt.
