Thanks Speedy, your on track with the reason and yes that’s one way of doing it boost but I was thinking maybe just limit throttle opening by gear, I think this because it’s what my buddy does with his 800 wheel M6 Mustang and it helps him better manage launches. A parameter that can be tweaked depending on conditions. Say like 40% throttle in first, 50 % in second, 75 in third, Tweak and find a sweet spot then 100% for the rest of gears
Or by what ever means possible to try and keep from breaking the tires loose, I don’t think rpm is going to do it, I need to reduce power as making 600 ft lbs of torque right off idle helping to stay hooked is probably more relevant to throttle, boost, timing more then rpm.
