Pulling the wipers and cowl seems a bit invasive, maybe it's easier than it looks.

You can always try to do it and if you get it out great we can set something up.
It is a bit of a bugger to get the first connector loose.

Well considering I had my cowl off for a 4.5 whipple swap at the same time I pulled the pcm and sent it out… lol
