I agree with @BULL, 7C is too cold for most summer tires & drag radials. As the temps drop below 50 (10C) they start to get real 'greasy' and they are all but useless @ 40 (5/6C).
You will do much better with something all season rated like the Continental Extreme Contact DWS06.
