The absolutely insane part about all these runs this week is I crossed the scales at Milan... half tank of fuel or just slightly under with the tablet and mount in the car, myself, all of my gear, the subwoofer and a bunch of crap in the trunk...

my old Charger weighed in at 4416 with a full tank of gas without me in it. How much stuff did you have in it?

The new owner Henry weighed it around 4570 with him in it.

Yep. That was us. Was a couple older than us in an old square body GMC with a carbureted small block and mechanical fuel pump. Wasn't building any fuel pressure. He thought it was Vapor locked but the ultimate fix ended up being the fuel pump Rod had shrank by about a quarter inch over the course of the week. Lol

The one time I had it weighed at Empire Dragway a few years ago it weighed 4525 without me in it. That was before the trailer hitch, stereo, and miscellaneous stuff like the laptop and mount and all the trunk trash.

I'm no spring chicken anymore and have been rolling around 230 lately

my old car must be a weight freak. it's loaded with power options and sunroof.

This car is slick top, Alpine Stereo, no other real options to speak of.

The hitch has to weigh a good amount and the 315/50/17s weigh a ton a piece too. Figure the subwoofer is a self-powered box that probably weighs 50 lb by itself. I'm 230 and 9 gallons of E85 is 60lbs give or take. It's believable. But she still a big girl

Just another little photo dump from my personal phone. Got some checkpoint photos in there and we sidetracked to the Chrysler engine plant a mile from the hotel in Dundee. Goldstone has an awesome little shop and Snooks is cool but I didn't take the tour for 8 bucks. It was already gonna be a late day.

Next year I want to do it again but on a setup that will let me do more of the "sidequests" and spend more time at checkpoints and talking with people. Maybe run the 315's full time if I start the week on a new set and I can save a ton of weight and hassle everyday swapping back & forth. I dunno. We'll play around in the spring and see what happens

I haven't had a chance to really view anybody's social media feeds or anything to check for media. There were a few people posting all of the burnouts from Lane's Automotive checkpoint but I don't think I squeezed into that. Towards the end of the event they were talking on the live stream during the passes i made which I only caught some snippets of but it was still cool. Some stuff about being able to run it all the way to the stripe and how quick and consistent the car has been.

If I made one of her videos it was probably only for a split second. You may catch me in the background of her stuff from day five too. I actually got to talk with her for a few minutes and she's pretty awesome

Tom OConnor took all the ET/MPH data and sorted it by final average and listed everyone top to bottom.

I was #77 overall outside the Bracket Finals of 288 cars that completed the event from the 354 that started day 1.

This is legit no lie...lol accurate AF.
My buddy took probably over 2,000 photographs during the week. I'll see if I can get the GoPro footage dumped to a flash drive so I can post that in a public place.

Also I'm just a hoodrat out there trying to do Hoodrat shit with my hoodrat friends...but thanks for the kind words.

Maybe we should try to organize a Hellcat contingent whether anyone races or just simply runs along with the drag pack portion.
