Definitely so with the Redeye.
They are pulling 400 lbs less weight than a charger

I am an 18 charger. Dusterhoff stage 4, jokerz full tilt/108mm kong, legmaker, catless, blah blah E85 and at an idle or low speed the IAT1 (pre-blower) is absolutely tarded. IAT2 seems to hover at about a 30-40* delta (from either ambient or i/c coolant. Can't remember) and will drop a hair once fresh air hits the blower then climbs as expected. Think peak in the heat was 175? No KR though from any source and no timing was being pulled. Likely due to the leeway E85 can give you.

Doesn't seem to be hurting performance but it does annoy me a good bit. If not for being on E85 at the track I'd probably have ventilated the block by now.

I think I'm just gonna skip the tank and do a chiller eventually. Gonna have 500-1000 in a good ice tank/emp pump and plumbing. Base chiller is what...1700?
I bought an ICchiller this winter and am gonna have it installed soon. Their new design has no switch. Anytime you have the A/C on the chiller is functioning and giving you colder IATs when you are on the street. I assume when I hit the chiller switch on the dash for racing it will simply send all of that increased supply of cold air to the intake.

After choking on my black eyed peas,, fer luck. I am going to have my H/C put back together using the new light weight radiator that, 1/2 the weight. Of a factory heat exchanger. Using the factory refrigerant, 6 feet of 3/8 copper tubing, 1- 3 way valve for trans fering and or mixing. Now you have to pick out a control system that would either on or off or mixiing. Don't neceaasrly shop price cause your controls has a lot to do with the functions. A lot of companies have umped on this band wagon and prices will come down. They have just now figured it out. That,, the ice tank is not the answer. Too clumber some, too heavy, too exspensive. I will be having my front in replaced and will share the products I will use or replace with. Happy motoring.
ICchiller....a lot less things to go wrong. And copper pipe will crack, be careful.

Me too. I would definitely use it in addition to my IC chiller.
