I’m talking Dodge corporate/Stellantis, not the dealer. Stellantis has been paid by the dealer for the car already, so unless the dealer somehow forces them to buy it back I don’t think they’ll be out anything.
Stellantis is responsible for the usability of the car. If you take the car back, you'll be stuck with it no matter what.
In my pea brain opinion, run forest run and don't look back. It will never be right.
I ordered a Charger from a dealer that has far exceeded their allocation. I was told that I had a 5% chance of it being built. Estimated shipping date is 8/1. I think that "you're not going to get one" was extremely overblown.
