For sure. We'd still expect to easily see another 150+HP as a safe setup on a 5.7 vehicle with some fuel system upgrades.

Do you have a package of supporting mods for the 5.7 ? CAI, t-stat, plugs, exhaust etc.

BTW, the Throttle Body (TB) adapter that comes with it may take up to a 108mm TB that has the same bolt on pattern as the stock 92mm unit but the adapter has only a 92mm inlet in it as it comes. If you want to go with a bigger TB your left to modify it on your own.

We'll normally configure each package a la carte depending on the build specifics. The general run down is injectors, drop-in fuel pump and the blower itself. Needed some small tune tweaks so far which were quickly handled (in like 15 minutes of contact) by my tuner @jonx96 of Moored Performance (HIGHLY RECOMMEND, can’t beat the price or response time)

Waiting on proper blower belt which should be here today, the 7 rib temporary belt I used for sizing from autozone just not cutting it lol, starts to slip after about 3500 rpm, it’s too long to get good tension from the tensioner snd 30% to narrow.

Cant wait for the results. As usual you and speedy do great work covering builds and mods with good detail as they progress. Pioneering early on helps everyone and offers more and new options to consider for a build. Access to CNC machine in the hands of a gear heads goes a long way for results as well. Thanks for sharing. When I am ready this route or liquid corn fuel will be considered. Why not both. I agree with benchmarking the result against same stock boost presser and will be a direct measurement of efficiency against stock IHI for performance gains.

Here’s Draggy 60-130 times over the last 2/3 weeks. That’s with a 2.4 IHI with a 2.72 up top and +10 ATI lower with a billet inlet plate, ported snout, and 105 mm TB, ie it’s at its MAX !!!


Compare 8/18 to today, almost exact same weather conditions temp and DA on the same bridge, 1/2 second gain, about 1/10 gained every 10 mph. And best of all??? It whines (ie SCREAMS) about just as much as the IHI did but hopefully will last much longer. Happy with the upgrade and purchase. 👍👍

we have "to do" at work to keep track of things. I use it for at home stuff also like grocery shopping and car to dos. We get a weekly email about it and he even said sometime you need to disconnect from the electronics and write things down
