Tint shop door dinged my new car twice

I just don't imagine it can be worse than the Baltimore/DC corridor. Two of the highest murder areas in the country right next to each other. So much for super strict gun laws.

I actually lived in DC for a few years and that’s where my older brother still resides. Many of the old neighborhoods in Baltimore are definitely questionable. But as @Magnified said Mexico is a whole another ballpark. I remember last year the Cartel shot up a bus filled with a family of Mormons, small children and all. They’re a different breed of animal.

This tint shop by my house door dinged my right door twice. It looks pretty hard too. It’s been a week now since I picked her back up but she’s been sitting in my garage since then, no one has opened that door and I was detailing my car and noticed it. They left a bunch of water stains. I texted the owner and told him he needs to make it right, is there any legal course I can threaten him with or do I swallow this? This jerk even took a tip from me. Is the factory paint correction spot on ?

I got some Oem paint and applied some layers of coat. not too bad.

However, I just found some new scratches that had to be done by the tint guy. On the black plastic trim that sits on the interior of my door window, has a few dings like it came in contact with metal. Not too noticeable but really more surprise scratches?? he is coming to my house to redo the tint that has hair in it. Ima watch him like a hawk 👀

this guy did 7 cars for me in the past in his own garage. First time at his new shop and his employees the one that did my car. The hair is ridiculous and so are the damn scratches.

It looks like the door may have been up against some thing, and moved up and down while the shop hand may have been getting in and out of the car. It looks pretty gnarly and I would think that they would have noticed it. This is just my opinion

No one is going to help once you leave with the car. They will always just hide behind the old "you have to point it out to us before you leave. Otherwise you couldve done it"
