Usually says whether it was fresh water or not, right?
No flood line because it was completely submerged.

Hopefully that means it wasn't running while it was taking on water.

Totally submerged and quite some time ago from the looks of it. If fresh water, mechanical bits & body will likely be OK with a lot of cleaning & TLC. Interior is a total loss, anything with that mold on it will have absorbed the smell (inc. the dash) + I'd want to do a mold abatement on the stripped inner shell. Not sure it would fetch $200k even if new & perfect ??
