What did you do to your Hellcat today?

I wanted to do a brake bleed and refill with new but since no time in the next few weekends I just took the car off the Quick Jack and will get it out one of these days. It’s been too long!

Dropped it off, at the dealer, for the evap canister recall and an alignment.

Hope they don't fuck it up.

Of course, first thing, I get a call to tell me my cell connection is bad (always get a nag screen, at start up).

I told them NOT to touch it. That it has been disabled. They were flummoxed. LOL

Just heard, I can go mess with it again. It’s Covid Converter and it’s sensors are new and so it’s ready for me to get after it again. Other than blowing one side out, she checks out fine and wants more they tell me.

And doesn’t segregate Auto/manual. Not brand loyal, but see people are good with Mopar, royal purple, Amsoil and perhaps redline.

only reason you add friction modifier is so the clutches don't chatter when turning. Redline has fluid with and without already added and I would mix the 2 to have as little as possible in there.

I have used Redline for over 20 years in all my cars but this year I went with amsoil 75w90 straight. No real reason other then I have been using their oil for almost 10 years

Completed the harness bar and harness install. Pretty happy with the fit an finish of the AAD bar. The Jegs harness have great fit and finish. I've made a few custom touches to make them look more appropriate for the SS.
