What did you do to your Hellcat today?

Board today as it’s about 28* here so I played with the HC in the garage. Applied a coat of this Chemical Guys product. Only took about 1 hr. and used only about an inch of product, so the bottle will last a while. Directions say to keep it from the environments for a few hrs. after application. No prob, car won’t go out for months now. It says recoat if desired, perhaps I’ll do another tomorrow. Car is nice and slick for certain. I washed it last weekend, and it stays covered in the garage so I didn’t clay bar it. Screw that!

Heard this stuff was good. Did you prep surface before or put on top of whatever was already there. Curious to get your take longevity wise? Any pictures of the Hellcat?

Nope. No prep. Washed last weekend so just uncovered it and went to work. Didn’t remove prior product. Tough to get pics as Im not taking it out of the garage, shitty out. Questions about longevity unknown until the spring, even then I really doesn’t see bad weather unless I get caught in a pop up rain storm. Here’s a few pics fwiw:

Had awe exhaust fitted this morning, I'm glad I went for the touring edition.
It's loud under acceleration but quiet on hwy at 70mph.
The track edition would be way too loud for me.
Sounds excellent with the blower whine from the jlt cai.

6600 miles on my 19. The leather (on side of seat) where seat belt contacts has worn a hole.
Dealer took pics and "supposedly" sent to FCA, who "Supposedly" stated that it was normal wear and tear. 6600 miles, 75 thousand dollar car, and leather is torn from normal wear and tear from normal seat belt use?

I would make an issue outta that....a hole is not normal wear and tear...if it was a lease...and you turned it in with the same hole in the seat...you would be billed...don't roll over for this one...

Actually I’d never take the Redeye out on the road this time of year. The county mostly uses pea gravel to “sand” the roads and sprays intersections with mag chloride.
We had a nice break in the weather Monday so I moved the Redeye from the garage to the barn (where the lift is located) to do the six month oil change.
