Make it seem like it his her choice say to her painting it properly is $1500 and warping it black is $500 what should I do honey? You have to use reverse psychology. Wraping it black is actually the most cost efficient choice plus it protects the hood and you can always paint it later if you want.

Well due to unforseen changes I must dial back my upgrades over the winter . I will still get to play with the car over the winter in my garage though.

AFE demon CAI ( purchased )
105mm throttle body (purchased )
Port supercharger ( pending )
Adjustable rear control arms ( purchased)
New driveshaft ( pending)

Unless some changes this will still give me a good start and hopefully crack a 9.5X.

That's my theory. Breaking it at the track sucked . I got very lucky that I didn't damage anything other then the drive shaft . Next time could be a lot worse ! I have spoke to 7 drive line shops all over North America and I'm not making this decision on a whim.
