And if anyone has any suggestion or pictures, I’d appreciate it. Haven’t seen it clearly yet how the lines on the brick themselves are routed, and I now have 4 different ways of routing it (updated routing provided by IC)

When you get it in and running you need to up your pump speed in the tune. Also 134a is around 10% more efficient than the over priced 1234yf. Dont use hose clamps they will leak after a while. Get some ear clamps from amazon, if you dont have the tool you can get a kit with the crimper.

Like these? I was wondering if I could use them for the AC line fittings as well so I don’t have to get another pair of pliers. Have you used these?

Dam those are overkill, lol. They will work fine. I use knipex to get into tight areas.

Lol I just had em laying around I can’t even remember why I got them. @fumanchu182 recommended the knipex too. Looks like I’m getting another tool. Hose was also delayed until tomorrow 😑. Have a 50’ roll coming, probably don’t need that much lol

Agreed. I have a lot, but I use or have used every single one. This is one of the rare times anymore I don’t have a tool I need to work on the car

Are you guys wrapping (insulating) all of your lines (too hot line included) or just the bottom cold line going into the supercharger?

Much better with that “srt” plastic heat shield moved out of the way - direct access to the compressor/lines. Will not be going back on.

These cheap hose cutters are worth their weight in gold. Perfect, buttery smooth cut.

Cunt start da insulation wit out da hoze. If youz measure correctaly wit enufe straight hoze. You can apply enuf Armaflex insulation on wit out applyen ass much adhesive, 80% less, and slide ova da fittins. Saves time and $$. Da closed cell insulation letz you dew dat instead of da foam plastic at Lowes and whore Home Depos haz it or a dealershitz at an SPI insulation dealer shitz. Whore sitz only atstir SPI. I have 1 undea B & H Insulation, Inc or Tampa Bay Mechanical. Duz hoze cutters are grate. Uze dem and PVC cutters R both du same clean cut. Pull da trigger 4 times snappster and dun.

Thanks for the advice @Hickster. Already started insulating my hard lines. Still waiting on all of my hose (hose in pic is just a 3’ section I’ve had forever).

Alright progress. Not the best, but not the worst.
Make sure to cut a little out/zip tie/ tape to clear alternator pulley. Make sure to only cut a virtual rectangle about 1/4 the diameter of the tubing so that you have enough of the insulation to stretch back over so that it meets when you tape/zip tie it. Can’t tell by pic but it clears for days
