I'd for sure be interested in learning more about these transmissions. TONS of stuff in there to fiddle with.
I looked at your logs and there's an issue. For some reason HPT doesn't play nice when you start logging some of the transmission PIDS. It's like it starts to lag the software or something so it's hard to tell a whole lot from the logs. I'd turn off most of that transmission stuff and put it in a dedicated transmission dash board file for when you want to look at specific transmissions stuff. Notice how your knock sensor volts appear to hang, the timing starts to look a bit odd, etc. I had the exact same problem and it would literally only take one of the weird transmission PIDs to cause the problem. An example I found was like shift mode, shift situation, all of those seemed to cause me issues. Stuff like output shaft speed, trans commanded gear, torque request all seemed to be fine.
From the logs it was definitely spinning on the launch, and my opinion is that your launching too hard for the track surface you were on. I'd lower down to 1200RPM and roll in to it for starters.
