So after testing I got my underdrive accessory pulley hard anodized coated . Here is a comparison between the stock ATI accessory pulley and my 15% underdrive pulley.
This only fits the ATI damper . Stock size or overdrive.

The 10 % is for the supercharger only . The accessory pulley with the ATI damper is factory size but I shift the car at 6500 rpms now so I'm slowing down the accessories to compensate for that. I know there are many therories out there about this but I have used 15 % underdrive pulley on everything I have ever owned . It frees up 8-10 rwhp and is less stressful on the accessories. I have tried different ratios in the past and 15% is the happy medium .
I'm wrapping up some projects on the 4Runner and will be turning my attention back to the Hellcat. Looking at that dual pump drop in from Curt. Were tuning changes required or just plug and play? Did you run the filter or ?

I would also take a look at Tapped Performance drop in duel pump kit. Plug and play really nice setup. Plus it comes with the Fore Innovations 88mm filter with billet brackets and stainless filter media.

There is no tuning involved with the drop in pump kit . Drop it in , plug it in and you are off to the races . I got one of the earlier kits were I had to tap a couple of wires . I here there is plug n play kits now . I'm super happy with mine .
